Job Description: Marketing and Community Lead
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing and Community Lead to drive the success of our upcoming DEX expansion plans set for Q3 and Q4.
This role will play a crucial part in shaping the success of a new product rollout. We operate lean, so the ideal candidate is one eager to take on responsibility and can thrive in a fast-paced demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the CMO to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for an exciting new opportunity dubbed ‘ML’.
Community Building: Serve as a key community leader for JOE that is present, interactive and passionate about community growth and satisfaction.
Ecosystem Marketing: Lead co-marketing efforts with partners and wider ecosystem programs to drive mutually beneficial growth.
Brand Champion: Uphold brand guidelines and ensure a consistent approach to the positioning and identity of JOE executed.
Content Strategy: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of an effective content strategy for the JOE DEX ecosystem.
Social Media Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of key social media accounts.
