To lead the way, CrossAngle is building various services in the ecosystem based on on-chain data, and bridging the strong traditional players and the world of Web 3.0 as they explore expansion into the new industry and territory.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager at Xangle, your role will be focused on driving partnerships within the blockchain industry, particularly focusing on emerging overseas blockchain foundations. Your responsibilities will involve cultivating relationships with potential partners from both Web2 and Web3 sectors, negotiating commercial agreements, expanding our network of international partners, and supporting the planning and execution of events and conferences. This role requires proactive lead generation and strategic partnership management to enhance Xangle's market leadership and partnership outcomes. Given the rapid growth of both the industry and our company, this position will play a key role in determining our position within the industry and shaping the strategy to achieve our goals globally.


Understand unique needs of new or existing partners, including early-stage blockchain foundations and large corporations
Initiate and lead exploratory discussions with potential partners to identify collaboration opportunities
Develop and manage commercial agreements with partners, ensuring successful execution from start to finish
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners by providing ongoing support, communication, and necessary documentation
Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams including Research, Marketing, Data Analytics, PR, and Dev to leverage resources and maximize partnership outcomes
Innovate and propose new forms of partnerships and business agreements to drive growth and market expansion
Attend notable domestic and foreign blockchain events to explore potential partners and represent Xangle
Lead planning and organization of blockchain events and conferences to engage potential partners
Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads for business development activities
Support the growth of Xangle’s leadership position and reputation as a web3 data & intelligence infrastructural solution and service provider


Minimum of 1 year of experience within the blockchain sector (academic activities included)
Extensive experience attending blockchain events, both large-scale and niche, on multiple occasions
Passion for Web3 & blockchain industry
Pre-existing knowledge of blockchain and Web3 concepts
Ability to quickly grasp and understand technologies
Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative partnerships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
Growth mindset with a proactive approach to business development

Preferred qualifications

4-8 years in business development, account manager, and/or startup founder
Previous startup experience
Proven experience in negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements
Experience in conference and event planning & organization
Fluent in Japanese
