Your Role
As a Product Designer at Arena, you'll own the design process from start to finish, shaping the way users trade, engage, and build communities. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and founders to bring high-impact features to life.
It's crucial that you're able to abstract complexity and present information in a way that feels charming, intuitive, and effortless for users.
What You'll Do
Lead the design of key product experiences — DEX, Launchpad, profiles, token pages, live streaming, and more.Create clean, intuitive user flows and polished UI in Figma.Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, delivery.Ensure mobile-first, responsive design across web and app.Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation and consistent UI/UX.What You'll Need
5+ years of product design experience (Web or Mobile).Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered and easy-to-understand design in Figma.Experience designing complex interfaces (e.g., dashboards, trading UIs, social platforms).Good understanding of UX principles and visual hierarchy.Deep familiarity with social media; you've used and explored a wide range of platforms and understand what makes content engaging and interfaces intuitive.Bonus Points
Experience with Web3, DeFi, or crypto trading platforms.You live on crypto Twitter, you keep up with narratives, trends, and know what competitors are shipping.Basic understanding or proficiency in frontend development (React, HTML/CSS).Motion design or microinteractions experience.🎥 Can edit videos or short-form content to support the marketing team in promoting the product they help design.📈 Knows what makes things go viral on Twitter or social platforms and can apply design to drive growth.Ready to change the game?
