Your Role
As Lead Product Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our most ambitious features — from ideation and architecture to implementation and iteration. This is not just an engineering role; it’s a product ownership role.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design, development, and scaling of core products like DEX, Launchpad, and Social features.Work closely with product and design to ship fast, learn fast, and iterate faster.Make critical decisions about performance, architecture, and system design.Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.Collaborate with a high-velocity team in a fast-paced, async-friendly environment.What You’ll Need
3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in full-stack roles.Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis.Hands-on experience with Web3, smart contracts (Solidity), and EVM-compatible chains.Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Experience building and scaling production systems.Bonus Points
Experience in crypto, especially with DEXes, bonding curves, or launchpads.Prior work in a startup or fast-moving product team.A knack for shipping polished UI/UX with minimal back-and-forth.Ready to change the game?
