About the Role

At Tenderly, this role is about making complex things work smoothly at scale.

You’ll own Enterprise Enablement-SSO, permissions, billing, admin experiences - and you’ll coordinate work across a shared Frontend team, turning competing priorities from multiple product areas into a clear execution plan. Your impact won’t be measured by how many features you ship, but by how clearly priorities are set and how reliably work gets delivered.

This is a highly execution-focused PM role with a strong delivery and operations angle. Over time, it naturally grows into Product Ops, shaping how teams plan, prioritize, and ship together as Tenderly scales.

What You’ll Do

• Own enterprise-critical product surfaces like SSO, permissions, billing, and admin tooling

• Coordinate priorities for a shared Frontend team, balancing real constraints and real business impact

• Turn noisy requests and “urgent” pings into clear, defensible decisions

• Work closely with engineers to scope smart, shippable v1s—and protect their focus

• Build simple systems that reduce firefighting and make delivery more predictable

• Help Tenderly scale by improving how work flows, not just what gets built

About You

• 5+ Years of Product management experience in a fast paced, high-growth tech environment

• You care as much about how things get delivered as what gets delivered - you think deeply about process, sequencing and predictability.

• You’re calm in chaos and comfortable making hard trade-offs

• You treat engineers as partners, not a ticket queue

• You prefer building clear**, repeatable systems** over heroic last-minute saves

• You enjoy execution, coordination, and unblocking - and see Product Ops as a natural next step

• You can articulate the “why” behind decisions, not just the “what.”

• You don’t need deep Web3 knowledge to succeed here - strong product judgment matters more
