About the Role
We’re looking for our Founding Enterprise Account Executive to crack open the Web2 → Web3 enterprise motion at Tenderly. This role is about selling big deals, building from scratch, and setting the bar for what great looks like — taking something that already works and expanding it into a new vertical, where you get to build with both momentum and whitespace.
You’ll own the full enterprise cycle: finding opportunities, running complex multi-stakeholder deals, and closing $150k+ ACV contracts. Along the way, you’ll shape how enterprise sales is done at Tenderly, creating the playbooks, patterns, and customer wins that others can follow.
This role reports directly to the CEO and is built for impact. You’ll be the go-to closer driving big wins, with a direct line to strategy and the opportunity to shape the future sales org as it grows.
What You’ll Do
Drive Tenderly’s enterprise sales motion from the ground up as our first enterprise AE.
Shape product–market fit and influence Tenderly’s position in a rapidly evolving industry.
Own and close $150k+ ACV deals across complex sales cycles.
Build relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to influence roadmap, GTM priorities, and pricing.
Develop early enterprise playbooks and sales patterns while actively selling.

Mentor and share best practices with other sales team members.
About You
3+ years of closing large enterprise SaaS deals ($150k+ ACV) with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
Strong technical acumen: Experienced selling developer tools, infrastructure, or APIs (Web3 & Fintech experience is a plus, not a must).
Thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments, able to create structure, playbooks, and repeatable patterns from scratch.
Operates with independence, resilience, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
Skilled in C-level relationship building, negotiation, and complex deal structuring, with a consultative and solution-driven approach.
