Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Team Coordination

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless collaboration.
Facilitate regular team meetings, track progress, and address roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
Monitor project progress and implement contingency plans when necessary.

Communication & Reporting

Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas of improvement.

Process Improvement

Continuously refine project management processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Introduce tools and methodologies to streamline project tracking and reporting.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of project management experience, with specific experience in building web3 products (e.g., blockchain or decentralized tech).

Skills

Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal) for clear collaboration with teams.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methods (e.g., Agile).
Problem-solving skills to address risks and challenges.

Knowledge

Basic understanding of tech and web3 development processes (gaming, blockchain, or ads is a plus)
