Job Purpose: As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a crucial role in designing our digital products to be user-friendly and visually engaging. Your focus will be on creating interfaces that captivate users and enhance their experience. Collaborating with various teams, you'll ensure our designs meet user needs and project goals. What you'll be doing:

• Design of user-friendly UI/UX interfaces for company products like applications, websites, and systems.
• Improve the design process by analyzing user experiences and staying updated on UI/UX trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to create top-quality products that meet user needs.
• Create strategies and workflows to prioritize user engagement and satisfaction.
• Design visually appealing interfaces for menus, navigation, and interactive features.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in graphic designs across products.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to gather feedback.
• Conduct user research and testing to improve the user experience.
• Document design decisions to facilitate team communication

You Have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications across various platforms.
• Proficiency in design applications such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Extensive experience in designing wallet, game, and blockchain products for both web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to analyze and organize layouts efficiently to optimize user experience.
• Highly skilled in data analysis, enabling evidence-based design decisions.
• Proactive and capable of generating practical ideas that contribute to project success.
• In-depth knowledge of UX design principles, research methodologies, and analysis techniques.
• Experience in building design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is considered a plus.

You Are:

• Expert knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in UI prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
• Experience integrating UI assets into Unity.
