Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Web3 Technical Support Engineer with a passion for building relationships, generating new business, and Web3 technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist existing and potential clients in utilizing our service effectively and deriving maximum value from it.
  • Address a wide range of inquiries, from simple pricing questions to complex debugging of integration issues between Kubernetes clusters.
  • Follow enterprise service quality metrics (SLA) to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and minimize service interruptions.
  • Resolve issues at network, disk, and load balancer levels, as well as manage integrations, Kubernetes, and Linux systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Infrastructure Engineering Team to enhance the robustness and high availability of Chainstack.
  • Work with Software Engineering and Product teams to provide consolidated feedback from customers and drive continuous improvement of our platform.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical customer support, understanding SLAs, ticket priorities, and urgency.
  • Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto domains.
  • Proficiency in managing virtual environments on public cloud providers (Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, bare metal)
  • Strong understanding of networks, Linux systems, and container orchestration engines like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as InfluxDB and Grafana.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and Ethereum JSON-RPC specification.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (bash/python/javascript) is a plus
  • Proficiency with web3 libraries is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Self-driven with a collaborative teamwork spirit, able to prioritize tasks based on customer-first paradigms.
  • Interest in Web3 technologies, supported by related pet projects or research.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
