We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in optimizing our revenue operations across various departments, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.   • Marketing Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with the marketing team to operationalize their strategies.
    • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Collect and report marketing performance data.
    • Assist the marketing team in executing daily operational and administrative functions to ensure seamless campaign execution and team efficiency.
    • Success metrics:
      • ROI: Improvement in marketing spend ROI.
      • Improved alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue targets.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Assist the sales team in monitoring and driving sales efficiency.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of sales processes and tools.
    • Facilitate post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Sales forecasting and compensation performance.
    • Success Metrics:
      • Revenue Growth: Contribution to overall revenue growth.
      • Insight Utilization: Implementation of data-driven recommendations.
  • Customer Support Enhancement:
    • Work with the customer support team to establish omnichannel support strategies, enabling seamless communication between customers and our GTM team.
    • Assist in basic customer support tasks, such as responding to common inquiries.
    • Implement tools and processes to improve response times, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
    • Success Metrics:
      • Response Time: Reduction in average response times.
      • Customer Satisfaction: Increase in customer satisfaction scores.
      • Operational Improvements: Successful implementation of new tools and processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide comprehensive reporting to senior management. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in internal processes across departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that all revenue operations are scalable and aligned with company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and operational alignment.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in revenue operations, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or financial services industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) and MS Office (with advanced Excel skills), Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in and understanding of the web3 market and its dynamics.
